How to place an order

- PREMISES -

You can buy Valleverde shoes on-line only if you are a retailer (you own a shoe shop).

Final users cannot apply to this service, if they want to buy they have to apply to the official net of Valleverde shops (see the list in “Shop Finder”).

This service cannot be used by Italian retailers since they have to apply to the agent of their area (see “Area agents”).


- ORDER -

To be able to place an order you have to follow the requests on each page.

Who desires to become a Web Buyer is invited to give his data in order to receive, from Valleverde the codes necessary for the selling procedure (see "New User" section here on the right).

Once he has received theese two codes, the customer is allowed to enter the service of the on-line sale (see "Authorised Customer" section here on the right).

In that section he will have to insert in the required spaces:
- User ID
- password

After choosing the language he wants to use, he will have to click on “Autenticazione”.

At this point the customer is recognized by the system as an “authorized customer” and he will see a window with three folders: client / products / order: by clicking on one of them, or on "Expand" at the top of the page, their subsections will be displayed.

At this point the customer could see the images and information on the products by clicking on "Catalogue of Products" or, if he decides to buy, he will have to click on “New Order Request”.


- STANDARD ORDER SECTION -

The customer will have to choose from the collections with a click on one of their pictures on the left.
After on, by clicking on a single article picture or on "Product form", he will access the product data form.
Each single model will have below all the relevant data included colour and price.
With a click on “select” the customer will give start to the procedure of purchaising.

After you clicked on “select” you will have to:
insert the sizes
choose the date of delivery
confirm with a click on “Order Confirm”

This procedure must be repeated for each single article you want to buy.
Please remember to "Close" the product form after having accepted or refused that item.

Once this procedure is over click on “Close”. At this point you will see a summary containing all the selected articles

To confirm the order click on "Complete the Order Request"
To cancel the order click on "Cancel Order Request"
To add more models click on "Catalogue of products"

After a click on “Complete Order Request” you will see the last window to be filled in with the requested data
